Clean Truck Check Testing Policy & Liability Notice Provided by Smooth Ride Solutionz LLC, NOZ Solutionz, and Notary Zone LLC Compliant with the California CARB Clean Truck Check Program Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling - Notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment to cancel or reschedule. - $50 or 15% whichever is greater for Late Termination Fee may apply for cancellations made with less than 12 hours' notice or no-shows. Testing Duration & Customer Responsibility- Each Clean Truck Check takes approximately 15 minutes. - Additional fees may apply if delays are caused by inaccessible or unprepared vehicles. - Vehicles must be operational and accessible at the time of testing. Vehicle Safety & Operational Requirements- Vehicles must be in safe, working condition. - No active fuel, fluid, or exhaust leaks permitted. - All systems (brakes, lights, electronics) must function properly. - Clear, level, and hazard-free testing space is required. - Unsafe vehicles may be refused without refund. Accidental Damage & Liability Disclaimer- We are not liable for pre-existing mechanical issues or breakdowns. - Clients accept full responsibility for vehicle condition and maintenance. - By using our service, you agree to hold harmless Smooth Ride Solutionz LLC, NOZ Solutionz, and Notary Zone LLC from any related claims. Limitation of Liability- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. - We do not guarantee a passing test result. Refund Policy- In cases of natural disasters or emergencies, all payments will be refunded. - Other refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. Test Result Disclaimer - All test data is automatically submitted to CARB. - No results are delayed, altered, or guaranteed. Agreement- By booking an appointment, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
